Rent or bring your own ATVs in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter; ride directly from the property to hundreds of miles of trail systems nearby. If you don’t quite have the need for speed other members of your party do, horseback riding is less than 2 miles away or head over for some river floating. ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Access to Island Park Reservoir is only about a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the community park and boat launch. There are also other various access points around the lake. Henry’s Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 25 minute drive as well (depending on traffic). 
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic).
~ PARKING: This home has a large U-Shaped driveway, plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
